1. Can I cancel or change my order?


Once the order status is "Processing", it cannot be cancelled or changed. You must wait until you receive the item before making a return.


2. What if my order is not delivered?

4. Is your plastic dog crate approved by the airline?


Each airline has its own pet travel requirements. To avoid delays at the airport on the day of travel, please contact your airline before traveling to ensure that the size, type and brand of the pet crate you are carrying meets the airline's specific requirements.


5. How soon can I receive my refund?


Once your item has been inspected by the store, you will usually receive your refund within 10-20 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. We will not notify you once the package arrives at our warehouse, so we recommend that you save the tracking number so that you can track the package. This will also help you arrange the processing time of your refund. 6. How do I check the status of my order

8. How do I return an item?


If you are not satisfied, you may return full-priced merchandise in new, unworn, unwashed condition for a refund within 30 days of receipt.


1. Select the item you wish to return in "My Order Details" and click the "Request Return" button. To return any item you have purchased but not worn or worn, you must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.

2. Obtain an authorization code and return address.
