This Privacy Policy describes how Chekuag collects, uses, shares, or otherwise processes your information, including why we process your personal information and the choices you have regarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of our websites and mobile applications (“Apps”), and all features, content, and other services that we own, control, and provide through our websites or Apps (collectively, the “Services”), regardless of how you access the Services.
By using the Services, you consent to our activities as described in this Privacy Policy (and any additional privacy notices that may apply to the Services), and agree to our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
1. Personal Information We Collect
“Personal Information” is information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with or linked directly or indirectly to you. Personal Information does not include information that is publicly available, de-identified, or aggregated. We collect your personal information in a variety of ways, including information you provide directly to us and when we use certain technologies to collect your personal information through our websites and Apps.
Personal Information You Provide to Us
We collect personal information that you provide to us through the Services. For example, we collect personal information when you register for an account, purchase products (including checking out as a guest), subscribe to our emails or text messages, complete surveys, interact with us on social media, participate in online promotions, apply for a job, and contact customer relations.
Personal Information We Collect Through Tracking Technologies
We and our “Partners” (i.e., suppliers, service providers, and other third parties we choose to work with) may collect certain information from you when you use the Services (“Usage Information”). Such Usage Information may include your IP address, device identifier, advertising identifier, browser type, operating system details, and information about your use of the Services, such as the time and length of your visit, and how you access and use our Services.
We and our Partners may collect Usage Information using the following methods: cookies, web beacons (also known as tracking pixels), embedded scripts, and other tracking technologies (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”) to collect information about your interactions with our Services or emails we send you, including information about your browsing and purchasing behavior. These Tracking Technologies may include:
Cookies: A cookie is a small text file that a website transfers to your device through your web browser that enables the website or third-party system to recognize your device and capture and remember certain information. In general, we use cookies and other tracking technologies in the following ways:
As necessary to operate our website
To optimize the functionality of our website
For analytical purposes
For ad targeting and marketing purposes
Cookies last for different periods of time. A "session cookie" expires shortly after you terminate your internet session. A "persistent cookie" is stored on your device until a set expiration date. Our website uses both session and persistent cookies.
You can set your browser to block or reject cookies, but if you reject cookies, some parts of our Service may not function properly. In addition, disabling cookies may disable opt-out preferences you have entered on our website because we use cookies to recognize devices that have opted out.
Web Beacons (Tracking Pixels): A web beacon is a small graphic image embedded in a web page or email. Web beacons may be used to count visitors to our Service, monitor how users navigate our Service, and count content views.
Embedded Scripts: An embedded script is programming code that collects information about your interaction with our Service. It is temporarily downloaded to your computer from our web server or our partners' web servers, is active only while you are connected to our Service, and is deleted or deactivated afterward.
Device Identification Technologies: These technologies include applying statistical probabilities to data sets and linking universal unique identifiers to different device usage (e.g., Facebook IDs) in an attempt to identify or make assumptions about users and devices (e.g., users of multiple devices are the same user or household).
Our tracking technologies and your choices regarding them are further explained in Section 6, “Analytics Services, Advertising, and Online Tracking” and Section 7, “Your Choices” so that you can better understand these technologies and make meaningful decisions about how they are used to collect your usage information.
Information We Collect About Your Location
Our Services may access and collect information about your geolocation so that we can better provide our services, such as providing you with information about stores near you or information related to product delivery. We may also use the location information of the device you are using to help us understand how our services are used and improve our marketing efforts. For most mobile devices and computers, you can block access to your location information through your device or web browser settings. If you download or use our apps and agree to share your location information with us and receive our push notifications, we will be able to use your location information to send you customized notifications, offers, and coupons.
Personal Information from Other Sources
We may also obtain your personal information from other sources and combine it with information we collect directly about you. For example, we may obtain your personal information when someone buys you a gift or recommends our services to you. In some cases, we may obtain personal information from other businesses that sell or otherwise provide such information. When you submit information to other companies, websites, applications or services, you are subject to their terms of use and privacy policies.

5. Non-Affiliated Services and Social Features
Our Services may contain hyperlinks to websites, platforms, applications or other services operated by other parties (“Non-Affiliated Services”). These Non-Affiliated Services may collect information about you using their own tracking technologies and may solicit personal information from you.
Certain features of our Services allow you to interact with social media networks operated by other parties, such as “liking” or “following” us or our products, or logging into our Services using your Facebook or Google account (“Social Features”). If you choose to “like” or share content or post information using a Social Feature, that information may be publicly visible and the party operating the social media platform may receive information about you and your use of our Services. Similarly, if you interact with us through a Social Feature, we may have access to information about you from the social media platform. In addition, we may track when you like, follow us or share our content through Facebook, Twitter or other social media platforms.
Please note that if you mention us in a post on a social media platform Chekuag, or comment or reply to us, the platform may allow us to publish your post. Information processed by non-affiliated services is still subject to their privacy practices. You should review the terms, policies, and settings of these platforms to further understand their data practices and adjust your own settings accordingly.
6. Analytics Services, Advertising, and Online Tracking
We may use certain third-party web analytics services to help us understand and analyze how visitors use our Services and to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. We may use this information to analyze and track user data, better understand users’ online activities, determine the popularity of certain content or products, and serve ads based on users’ interests. We may use tracking technologies to collect some information about your use of our Services and other websites and services over time, across services, and across devices and to serve relevant ads to you on our Services or other websites and services (“interest-based ads”). In addition, we may participate in online advertising networks and exchanges that display relevant ads to users on and off the Services based on their interests as reflected in profiles that we and others create based on the information we collect.
Your browser settings may allow you to automatically send “Do Not Track” signals when you visit various websites or use online services. Like many websites, our Services are not designed to respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.

Analytical Services and Interest-Based Advertising
Chekuagi may use analytics services provided by Google Analytics or other partners. We have implemented Google Analytics advertising features, such as ad reporting and personalization. We and our partners may use first-party cookies or identifiers and third-party cookies or identifiers to analyze how visitors use our Services and understand user behavior or preferences. For example, we may use information about how visitors search for and find products to better organize and display products in our stores or online. We use these analyses to obtain data about service traffic and interaction, identify trends and obtain statistics so that we can improve our Services and better market our products.
To learn more about how Google Analytics uses the data it collects, please visit http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners. To opt out of Google Analytics cookies, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or download the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. To learn more about how third-party analytics services can manage the privacy of your information when serving interest-based ads online, and how to opt out of information collection by these networks, visit http://www.youradchoices.com and http://www.networkadvertising.org.
Advertising cookies collect information to help better tailor ads to your interests. You can choose whether to receive certain interest-based ads by submitting an opt-out request. Some of our partners who provide advertising-related services may participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance’s (DAA) self-regulatory program for online behavioral advertising. To learn more about the DAA and how to exercise certain choices regarding interest-based advertising, visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices. Some of these companies may also be members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI). To learn more about the NAI and its members’ opt-out choices, visit http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of any third-party opt-out options or programs, the accuracy of any statements about how opt-outs work, or how other parties manage their opt-out processes.
In addition, we may run targeted ads to reach users on other services who are also identified as members of our Services. This is accomplished by matching common factors between our database and the databases of unaffiliated services. We are not responsible for the actions of these unaffiliated services or their failure to comply with opt-out instructions or to provide us with notice of opt-outs you make when using their services.
Communications
You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in our emails or by sending us an email with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line of the email by clicking here. Please note that the unsubscribe is limited to the email address you use and will not affect subsequent subscriptions or non-promotional communications, such as administrative and service announcements or information about your purchases.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have received personal information from a child, we will delete that information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Our Retention of Your Personal Information
